Mark is the Chief Information Security Officer for SVA.
Mark is a recognized consultant and leader in security program design and build, ensuring the security strategies he deploys are in alignment with his client’s business objectives. He is also experienced in risk assessment and management, compliance and security awareness training. Mark’s clients have been from a diverse group of organizations including healthcare, government agencies, manufacturing and nonprofit organizations.
Prior to joining SVA, Mark led enterprise security at WPS Health Solutions, a nationally regarded government contractor and leader in the insurance industry serving millions of Americans at home and abroad.
Mark likes to hunt and fish, but most of his spare time is spent in his wood shop. He's built a popcorn machine cart, a few arcade machines, and several outdoor games. His sport of pleasure is Pickleball, which he plays every chance he gets.
Mark has five grown children. He's usually helping them out with a project or two (tiling a bathroom, installing wood flooring, building retaining walls, etc.)
Mark and his wife Marcy like to travel. Recent trips include Belize and Turks & Caicos.
Mark is involved in the community in which he and his family reside. He has been on the board of directors for the community’s annual festival and has participated in a variety of volunteer opportunities.
