Mary is the Controller for SVA, A Professional Services Company.
She oversees the day-to-day operations of the internal accounting department, working closely with staff to prioritize and continually meet the firm’s goals and deadlines.
Mary manages all internal accounting functions including payroll, payroll tax reporting, and general ledger and financial statement preparation. She reviews general ledger account reconciliations and financial statements for accuracy and reasonableness.
She possesses a strong balance of technical and leadership skills, and works with her team to align internal systems to meet the needs of clients and employees. She oversees the month-end and year-end closing processes. She also manages SVA’s employee expense reporting process and client eInvoice and ePay systems.
Mary is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA).
